Capabilities

Four disciplines under one production record.

Garment manufacturing fails at the seams between disciplines. We run all four on one platform, so the pattern talks to the marker, the marker talks to the line, and the line talks to your delivery date.

GRADED NEST · DIGITAL ARCHIVE

01

Pattern engineering

Every design enters production as engineered geometry: graded nests, seam allowances, and shrinkage compensation resolved before fabric is committed. Patterns are archived per style so a re-order never re-draws.

ROLL-LEVEL TRACE · DYE-LOT MATCH

02

Fabric intelligence

Roll-level tracking from mill to cutting table: composition, weight, dye lot, and shrink tests recorded per roll. The platform matches fabric lots to order requirements and flags substitution risk before it reaches the line.

120+ LINES · WEEKLY RE-PLAN

03

Line scheduling

Orders are decomposed into operations and balanced across 120+ partner lines by capacity, skill matrix, and deadline. Bottlenecks are re-planned weekly — your delivery date is computed, not promised.

CARE LABEL · COO · PACK-SPEC

04

Finishing & compliance

Trim, press, pack, and label to destination-market spec. Care labels, fiber content, and country-of-origin data flow from the same product record, so cartons clear customs the first time.

The line

Sixty days, tick by tick.

A bulk run through the platform follows a tape you can read in advance. Each milestone is a checkpoint with a record — nothing advances on assumption.

  1. T-0

    Tech pack received

Design, BOM, and target cost logged. Feasibility read returned within 48 hours.

  2. T+5

    Pattern & marker locked

Graded pattern engineered, fabric utilization fixed at ≥98.9%, materials reserved.

  3. T+16

    PP sample approved

Pre-production sample sewn on the target line, with the target operators.

  4. T+45

    Bulk complete

Inline QC at framing, sewing, and finishing. AQL 2.5 final inspection passed.

  5. T+60

    Delivered

Cartons at your 3PL or door. Full production record archived and exportable.

Terms

Three ways to book the line.

Volume shapes the engagement, not the discipline. Every tier gets the same engineered patterns, tracked fabric, and computed delivery dates.

01

The schedule is the product.

Buyers do not buy garments from us — they buy certainty about when garments will exist. Everything in the platform exists to make a delivery date a computation instead of a hope.

02

Waste is an engineering output.

Fabric utilization is decided at the marker, months before the cutter touches cloth. We engineer waste out on paper, where it costs nothing.

03

One record per style.

Pattern, fabric lots, operator skill matrix, QC findings, and carton specs all hang off a single style record. If it happened, it is in the record; if it is in the record, it is exportable.
